If You Ever

If you ever feel down

Know that I am the ground

And the earth below your feet

If you ever feel alone

Know that I am the wind

In your ears and I am here

If you ever feel afraid

Know that I am the sky

And I’m watching over you

If you ever think that you

Are the only one

Know that I slept

A very long time

Alone

Without anyone

Like me
